She combines Corsican culinary traditions with the occasional more personal flight of fancy. The menu breaks new ground with every change of season, accompanied by Corsican wines as expressive and sun-filled as the Isle of Beauty.

Alcazar

A chic brasserie designed by Sir Terence Conran has replaced the old Alcazar cabaret. Under its glass roof, in a modern decor, you can dine in an elegant and festive lounge atmosphere with the best DJ in Paris. A warm welcome, attentive service at bare wood or white-clothed tables. Guillaume Lutard, an ex-chef from Taillevent, offers a range of fun fare, from seafood to classic French or English inspired dishes that suits a relaxed gourmet clientele.

Allard

This legendary Parisian bistrot has been taken over by Claude Layrac, a top-notch professional, owner of other highly successful establishments located between Saint-Michel and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The dining room has a wonderful 50s-60s retro feel about it and the fare is exceedingly tasty. A deliciously moving experience !

Alsace

This Parisian institution located along the Champs Elysées is the capital citys embassy for Alsatian cuisine, and it\'s open a convenient 24/7. The tromp-loeil decor boasts intricately carved mirrors and inlaid woods. The ambiance is as warm as can be, staff serving forth dishes from the region, and French classics besides. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

angle du Faubourg

Near the Place de lEtoile, this contemporary restaurant, the Angle boasts a cuisine in complete harmony with the elegant, simple decor. The food is colorful, flavorsome, refined, classic, discreetly sprinkled with spices. Great cuisine and a top-notch wine list. Many of these interesting wines are served by the glass, and to prolong the experience, you can buy them at Caves Taillevent just next door. The service is always attentive, efficient and friendly.

Atelier Joêl Robuchon

Taste the best cuisine in the world at a counter, seated on a stool (very comfortable). Joël Robuchon, the best chef of our time, realizes his dream here, with a great team of chefs : Eric Bouchenoire, Philippe Braun and Eric Lecerf. No reservations, but the experience is well worth waiting for. You can choose amongst twenty appetizers and just as many \"entrées\". Selection of 200 wines and about 30 can be served by the glass.

Atelier Maitre Albert

Located on one of Paris\' quaint, picturesque streets, this large elegantly austere dining room, lit by a large rotisserie was decorated by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. It offers a light nouvelle cuisine, with a diverse and well-chosen wine menu. The ambiance is lively and the service is friendly and courteous.
